Before you use our services at Journey of Quran Academy (the “Service”), please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. Your access and use of the Service depend on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and students who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use the Service.

General Terms

Links to Other Websites Our Service may contain links to websites or services that are not owned or operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You agree that Journey of Quran Academy will not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of any such websites. We strongly recommend that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

Termination of Service We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service without prior notice or liability if you violate these Terms. All provisions of the Terms that should survive, like ownership and warranty disclaimers, will remain in effect after termination.

Changes to These Terms We may change or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a change is significant, we will try to give you at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. We will decide what constitutes a significant change. By continuing to use our Service after these changes, you agree to follow the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Student-Specific Terms

These terms apply to all students once they are registered in our online Quran, Language, or Islamic courses.

Enrollment and Fees

• After you or your children have completed the 2 or 3 trial classes, you must enroll in our online courses.

• When you enroll, you must pay your fees before the due date. If your payment is overdue by more than four days, our system will automatically pause your classes.

• We reserve the right to stop your classes if your payment is overdue for more than seven days.

• If a student wants to hold their classes for a week or two but wants to continue with the same teacher, they must pay half of the fee for that period to reserve their spot.

Attendance and Makeup Classes

• If a student needs to take a day off from class, they must inform their teacher beforehand. If they do not, makeup classes will not be provided.

• Makeup classes will only be arranged when a teacher has an available slot.

• Students who wish to cancel a class must notify their teacher at least one day in advance via email or Skype.

• Journey of Quran Academy reserves the right to cancel a student’s enrollment if they are absent for more than one week without informing us.

Teacher Changes

• Once you enroll with a specific teacher, you will not be able to change teachers for one month.

• Journey of Quran Academy may change your teacher at any time to maintain the quality of teaching.

• If a teacher resigns from our academy, we will provide you with a new Quran teacher.
