At Journey of Quran Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality Quran and Islamic education. We understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. This policy explains the conditions for a refund, the process for requesting one, and the factors that may lead to a denial.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Trial Period:
New users can receive a full refund within the first 7 days of their program to evaluate our services. However, this policy does not apply to students who have previously used a trial class and did not enroll in a course.Service Dissatisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, you may be eligible for a partial refund within the first 30 days of your enrollment. A valid reason for your request must be provided for our team to review.Technical Issues:
A refund may be considered if there are persistent technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing and benefiting from our services.Cancellation:
If you choose to cancel your enrollment within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund. After this 30-day period, cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
Conditions for Refund Denial
A refund will not be granted in the following cases:
Violation of Terms: If a user has violated our Terms of Service.
Course Completion: If a user has already completed a significant portion of the course material.
Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to deny a refund in cases where we suspect an abuse of our refund policy.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request or for any inquiries, please contact our customer support team at admin@journeyofquranacademy.com. Your request will be reviewed for its authenticity, and you will be contacted with a decision.
